Christmas is here
For those of you continuing with Bible By The Book in the new year and are planning on attending any of our Christmas services: December 24 at 4:30 and/or 6:30 and/or December 25 at 11:00 I need your help to reach out to visitors.
Did you know that as few as 16 percent of people invited to a church service who actually attend are still in church 5 years later? However, as many as 83 percent who are invited to a small group and attend remain in church.
The bottom line is that if we can get people to the class there is a far better chance of them connecting with God.
Please join me in the foyer before and after our Christmas services in connecting with families and inviting them to Bible By The Book. I will provide you with both LIFELINE business cards and Bible By The Book SOARING ABOVE THE TURBULENCE cards to distribute…MY GOAL IS NOT TO SIMPLY PASS OUT CARDS BUT, RATHER, TO MAKE CONNECTIONS WITH PEOPLE!
I know that this is a time for family, believe me when I say I understand the value of family time…however, taking an extra 15 minutes before and after a service you are already coming to to reach out and connect with somebody who may desperately need a gentle kindness and be invited into a family that cares has a value to God and will bless your family as well. Please also join me for one minute every day in praying that God will draw the lost, the hurting and those in need with a deeper relationship with Him to our January 10 & 11th classes.
